On March 12 2015, Lost City Writers presented readings of two new comedy scripts:

POPSCENE! by Emma Morgan (Comedy-drama)
When an indie group on the brink of splitting in August 1995 are offered a contract based on a Britpop parody, they struggle with signing.

THE DEPARTMENT by Mark Hibbett (Studio sitcom)
When the Research Inspector calls, the Department of Research Methods Methodology Research have to prove they’ve actually done some work or they’ll be closed down forever.

The readings were staged at The Poor School and the scripts were submitted to BBC Writersroom.
